Upgrading Behaviors: Ego Therapy
Call it shadow work, call it whatever you like, but it's beyond time we learn to create a new relationship with the part of us that is ultimately scared of change and is causing us to make decisions based on fear. SO MANY PEOPLE are trying to "kill" their ego, therefore creating more separation and shame within themselves. Here, we learn to create a unifying dialogue with different aspects of ourselves, teaching them to unify and work together to create new behaviors once and for all. Consistent client response: "Wow, I thought I knew that part of me, but it's like I'm meeting it for the first time. I feel whole again"
In training five, you’re going to learn:
- Create a connection with the ego in a safe two-way street type of dialogue
- Understand the language of the ego and its mastermind archetype
- Find alternative ways for the ego to get on-board with change AND feel safe
